Terms & Conditions — Glida

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Glida platform, apps, and event pages. By creating an account, registering for an event, making a payment, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable under Indian law to use the Platform. If acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

4. Nature of Services; No Medical Advice

Glida is a professional networking and event platform for healthcare professionals and users. It does not provide medical treatment or emergency services. Information on the Platform is for educational or informational purposes only and does not establish a doctor–patient relationship.

5. Accounts and Security

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate details, maintain confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly update your information.

6. Event Registration, Pricing, and Taxes

Events list inclusions, dates, and venues. All prices are in INR and may include GST. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Invoices or receipts will be sent to your registered email.

7. Payments via Razorpay

Payments are processed by Razorpay under its PCI DSS-compliant systems. We do not store full card details. Declined transactions by your bank or UPI provider are beyond our control.

Promotional codes are non-transferable, time-limited, and may be revoked if used fraudulently.

10. User Content and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for content you post. Do not share unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. We may remove or restrict content or accounts violating these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Intermediary Status and Takedown

Glida operates as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We act on valid legal notices, including complaints relating to non-consensual imagery, which are addressed promptly.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials belong to Glida or its licensors. You retain rights in your content but grant us a license to host and display it in connection with the Platform.

13. Third-Party Services

Third-party tools (e.g., Razorpay, analytics, streaming) are governed by their own terms and policies.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” Glida disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific event or ₹10,000, whichever is higher.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Glida and its officers from claims or damages arising from your content or violation of these Terms.

16. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, or misuse. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

By using Glida, you consent to receive communications electronically. Actions such as clicking “I Agree” or making payments constitute valid electronic contracts.

20. Force Majeure

Glida will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

21. General

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. We may update these Terms, and continued use implies acceptance.
